Donald Trump's 'covfefe' memes are taking the internet by storm and you can't miss this
These endless memes and jokes on Donald Trump's 'covfefe' will make you LOL!
As much as we hate to admit it (not), it's always a struggle to try and make sense out of President Trump's words and actions. The reason behind a thousand eye-rolls, Donald Trump has recently been in the news, yet again, for all the wrong reasons.
To catch you up real quick, a few days ago, Mr.President tweeted the following: “Despite the constant negative press covfefe.” Yep, that's it. What exactly that means, nobody knows, not even Trump. A few minutes passed, and then some more, and as millions of his followers waited for him to delete the Tweet, they were (of course) bewildered when it stayed put. Did something else catch Trump's attention? did he fall asleep on the toilet? Was he simply messing with the world? (Quite possible) No one knows.
Mr. Trump's tweet was deleted about five hours later - and replaced by a new tweet in which he playfully challenged his followers to guess the meaning of the word. "Who can figure out the true meaning of covfefe ??? Enjoy!" he tweeted.
Needless to say, his antics created an unimaginable buzz on social media and within a matter of minutes, the web was flooded with 'covfefe' memes and jokes. While some tried to figure out how it was pronounced - possibilities ranging from cov-fee-fee to cov-feh-fay, others joked about what the word meant.
As celebrities joined in and kept it going, Hilary Clinton too didn't miss out on the opportunity to take a dig at Trump. The word was even added to the Urban Dictionary, defining it as: "When you want to say 'coverage' but your hands are too small to hit all the letters on your keyboard."
