2. Set a day

4. Avoid places and activities in which you smoke

5. Take relaxing baths
Every time you have an uncontrollable urge to smoke take a bath. It will give you the same relaxing feel as a smoke would. It also cleanses you and stimulates endorphins.

6. Eat vitamin rich foods
Eat foods that are rich in vitamins like fresh veggies and fruits. Vitamins are also really good because they give you calming effect and helps get rid of nicotine in the body and helps lung damage.

7. Exercise
whether it is jogging, running or swimming any cardio activity that makes you want to sweat or get active and speed up your heart rate will help put you in a calm and peaceful place.

8. Lime juice
Lime juice is proven to be if not more then equally effective as nicotine to help kerb the urge to smoke. Keep sipping on lime juice all day when trying to quit and it helps in digestion and detoxes your body.

9. Reward yourself
From all the money you save off smoking, you can reward yourself. Book the trip that you always wanted to go to or buy yourself something fancy with all the money you save.

10. Pressure points
Massage the following pressure points for at least a min, such as:
A. Between the thumb and index finger
B. Inner wrist
C. And the sides of your wrist
D. Sides of the nose
These will help control the urge to smoke.
