An oil diffuser is a device that breaks essential oils into small molecules and disperses them into the air to provide the space with a pleasant smell and calming effect. Different essential oils are there to use for different fragrance and aroma. So, here’s what you should know about it. 

Use of essential oil diffusers: 

Types of oil diffusers:

Nebulising diffuser- This device works by using pressurized air to diffuse a mist of oil into the air. 

Ultrasonic or Humidifying diffuser- This breaks the oil molecules to create a fine mist to spread into the air. 

Evaporative diffuser- There is a small fan in this device which turns the oil into gas and evaporates it into the air. 

Heat or electric diffuser- Heat diffuser uses heat to turn the oil into gas for spreading all over the area. 

Benefits of essential oil diffusers:

1.Oil diffusers help to provide a pleasant smell in the room making it refreshed and calming. 

2.These oils are good for skin as well. As they are getting dispersed into the air the oil molecules get in touch with your skin. These oils are good for many skin ailments as well. 

3.There are different kinds of oils with different fragrances that complement your home décor in the right way. You can choose according to your home décor theme and make your guests feel refreshed. 

How to use oil diffusers:

1.If you don’t experience any reaction by a short exposure to any essential oils, then you can put the diffuser on overnight while sleeping. But if you get a sore throat, headache and shortness of breath, then discontinue using it. 

2.If you have any health concerns, then talk to your doctor first before using the oil diffusers. 

3.Keep all essential oils out of children’s reach. And don’t diffuse oils near infants less than a year old.
