Now, there are multiple types of pepper that you can add in your diet. You can add some black pepper or chilli pepper or cayenne pepper and many more. You can always pick a pepper of your choice and something that your tastebuds can handle. You can add pepper to your diet in multiple ways. You can easily add some pepper in your snacking habits too, by sprinkling some black pepper powder on your salad or on your cottage cheese and such.
