THIS is how you should eat fruits to absorb maximum nutrients
Fruits are very healthy for our body and other than the delicious flavour, they also have numerous health benefits but there are some do's and don'ts of eating fruits that we all need to know.
We all love some fresh and natural fruits and they make up a very important part of our healthy diet. They're very healthy for our body and health because they're packed with nutrients and fiber and also have a high water content which helps in keeping us hydrated. They have numerous health benefits and are rich in vitamins and proteins and minerals. They are the best way to consume maximum antioxidants and they also contain natural sugar which is essential for our body. But simply consuming them is not enough.
It's essential to know the right way and the right time to consume nutrient-rich fruits so that you can reap the maximum benefit from it and absorb the maximum amount of nutrients and digest it well. They are a natural source of energy and nutrition available to us and it's important that we take full advantage of it.
Here are some tips on the right way to consume fruits:
1. Avoid consuming fruits right after a meal because fruits have a tendency to decompose faster than other foods and when you eat them after a meal it takes some time for your stomach to digest them and during this time they tend to decompose. As the fruits decompose they produce more acid and all the nutrient get destroyed.

2. The best time to consume fruits is to eat them on an empty stomach or about 45 to 60 minutes before your meal which gives your digestive system enough time to digest the food. This way the fruit you consume will be in your intestines by the time you consume your next meal.

3. Avoid consuming fruits in the form of juices. When you eat a whole fruit, it gets mixed with your saliva which contains digestive enzymes and helps break down the fruits and it's nutrients to give our body the maximum advantage of them but when you consume it in the form of juice you end up drinking it too fast and that does not allow your body to mix it up with digestive enzymes and break it down the right way. Turning your fruits into a juice also prevents you from consuming the fibers that fruits have and it also destroys the nutrients.

4. Try to stick to fruits that are easily available and locally produced. Eat fruits that are local to your country and geography because the imported and exotic fruits that you consume are plucked from the trees much before you buy them and consume them. They're often plucked unripe and are injected and sprayed with chemicals and pesticides. This makes them very unhealthy for you and they also lack the nutrients that a ripe fruit usually does.
