Every person has their own cupboard

Pooja said, "Every person has their own cupboard. Fat storage in a person's body follows a pattern. For some it is belly, for some, it is hip, for someone it can be arms, so your body follows a pattern of fat storage. Whatever surplus fat you have in the day goes in your cupboard. Weight loss in a particular area is the exhaustion of that cupboard. There is no particular diet that will work particularly for your belly or for your bum."

She added, "So, whenever your body will burn excess fat it will withdraw from your cupboard and the excess fat will get stored in the cupboards. There is no diet per se that is targeted for spot reduction." She revealed how diets for belly fat loss and spot reduction diet and regimes are tricks and nothing else. She also added that the intake of calories lesser than need will help you get rid of fats.
