Hina Khan is one of the most sought after actress in Bollywood today. She managed to go from being a television actress to a  B-Town diva in very little time. Her character in television as Akshara in Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai and her stint as Komolika in Kasautii 2, both brought her immense fame. But there's another thing that Hina Khan is famous for and that's her fit and lean body. She's known to work hard in the gym and sweat it out. She doesn't achieve a fit body without any efforts. She works hard in the gym and she's known to post numerous inspirational videos on her Instagram.

Hina Khan is a bit of a fitness freak and is known to hit the gym as often as possible. Hina Khan has been setting fitness goals for all of us who want to remain fit and in impeccable shape like her. Her fitness secret is one of the most sought after and her diet is a clear indication of amazing health and a healthy lifestyle. We all need to take some inspiration from Hina Khan and her fitness regime.

Here's Hina Khan's fitness secret that can motivate you to stay fit.

Hina Khan's workout plan: 

She's very consistent with her workout and managed to squeeze in at least one workout session a day. She works out 6 days a week for a minimum of one hour at least. She also follows a very strict fitness regime which is not as easy as it looks. Her workout includes a lot of weight and functional training as well as some kickboxing and TRX exercises that focus mainly on her abs and back and shoulders and biceps. 

She focuses a lot on core fitness and follows a special bodyweight training card callisthenics. She also does some high-intensity interval training (HIIT) and when she wants some change in her workout routine she mixes her workout with some fun outdoor workout like swimming or running or jogging. She also does some yoga occasionally. She trains regularly and she trains hard and all of that is pretty obvious from her Instagram handle where she posts all her workout videos and regime.

Hina Khan's diet plan: 

She does not achieve fitness with just her intense workout regime. She also watches her diet and ensures that she eats right. She starts her day with a glass of lukewarm water and lemon which makes for a great Detox drink for the day. 

She eats low carb and protein-rich diet which along with her portion control and fast metabolism make for a great body! Other than this she absolutely does not miss out on her Sunday cheat meal which she believes is necessary for everyone! She allows herself to indulge in one cheat meal which she believes is necessary for us all! She also includes a lot of fresh fruit or vegetable juice in her diet and also keeps herself hydrated with water and juices throughout the day.
