Do you have a beer belly? This is how you can lose the flab

We all love some beer during the day. After a long day at a stressful job having a few pints of beer is a great way to socialise and relax. Happy hour and stress relief are too tempting to let go. But this medium of stress relief can create bigger trouble. This lifestyle can damage your body and make you conscious about your tummy. There’s no need to hold onto your beer belly and live with it because it’s so adamant. A belly like that is difficult to get rid of and going back to your old built body and awesome abs are difficult but not impossible. You can get it all back with just a little bit of effort and care but you'll need to make some basic lifestyle changes and stick to a strictly healthy diet and some workout that can help you get rid of the beer belly and prevent it from happening all over again.

Here are some tips that will help you lose all that flab and find your abs all over again

1. Don’t go on unhealthy diets. Go on a healthy food diet. There’s no need to skip meals and eat less and cut your food consumption. Instead, just stay away from junk and eat healthy food in adequate quantity. Give your body the nutrition it wants. Don’t starve yourself.

2. Limit your alcohol consumption. If you want to lose that beer belly, you’ll have to cut down your beer. You can’t have abs and unlimited alcohol together.

3. You need to reduce your carbs intake. Reducing carbohydrates and increasing protein intake can accelerate fat loss and help you eradicate your belly.

4. Hydrate more. Keeping your body hydrated will ensure that you eat as much food as your body needs and not more. Your body tends to mistake lack of water as hunger and this means that you may overeat if you are dehydrated.

5. Lifts weights and increase the intensity of your workout. This builds endurance and helps you burn more calories.

6. Stress leads to unhealthy eating habits and sleeping habits which in turn affects your body and causes weight gain.

7. Avoid too much sugar and sugary food. Swap your regular cooking oil or even olive oil for coconut oil.
