Your breakfast is like fuel for your body which it needs in order to run. But we're often always in a hurry to head out to work in the morning and having a proper meal seems unrealistic and outside food cannot be considered as a healthy breakfast. In such a case, you can always make a healthy breakfast beverage which is packed with nutrition and can help you begin your day in a healthy manner with a full tummy.

Here are some healthy breakfast beverages to begin your day with:

1. Vegetable Juice

Though a vegetable juice won't be a tasty breakfast, it does make for a protein-packed healthy breakfast. A juice made of vegetables like spinach, kale, carrot and beetroot and such is full of nutrients and fibers which help your body gain energy for the day and leave your tummy feeling full. It's full of minerals and vitamins and helps nourish your body as well.

2. Smoothie

Make a smoothie out of milk and yoghurt and some fruits or vegetables as per your choice and taste. This makes for a protein-packed breakfast with milk products which is amazing for your health. They have low calories and more nutrients and can be delicious as well. You can add berries and bananas and any other favourite fruit or maybe even vegetables.

3. Fruit Juice

If a smoothie is too heavy for you to handle, you can always go with a glass full of fresh fruit juice. Don't pick carton of packaged fruit juice because it has preservatives and is not as nutritious as a glass full of fresh fruit juice because it misses out on the fibers and freshness of the fruit.

4. Milkshake

A simple milkshake made with healthy ingredients like honey and bananas or mangoes or any other seasonal fruit is a great way to start your day with some milk and fruits mixed together.

5. Millet Milk

If you like your breakfast heavier than just a smoothie or a milkshake, you can make a healthy breakfast beverage with millets or oats or ragi which is packed with nutrients and makes for a healthy breakfast and you can always carry it in a bottle and have it on your way to work.
