The toxic air is difficult to survive in without falling sick and with the flights being unable to land due to poor visibility and smog, there needs to be some way to protect our healths from getting affected by this situation. This is why we all need hacks to protect ourselves from the air pollution and the toxins in the air.

Here are some hacks to reduce health risks in such bad air quality:

1. Include ginger in your diet. Ginger helps clean your throat and it keeps your immune system strong and allows your body to fight the inflammation and toxins.

2. Avoid doing any workout that causes you to inhale more. Cardio and yoga should be avoided because the more air you inhale the more toxins and pollution enters your body.

3. Use a mask that can protect you for pollution and filter out the air and allow you to breathe freely in clear air.

4. Consume a lot of homemade fresh juices and water. Stay well hydrated as it helps cleanse your body of the toxins and keeps it clean and healthy. It also helps keep your skin protected from toxins.

5. Include vitamin C rich fruits in your diet as it helps boost your immune system and reduces the impact of air pollution.

6. Avoid adding on to the pollution by using your car or bike. Use public transport as much as you can and go green and plant trees for your own health care.
