These food items are supposed to be good for the body since they are rich in fibre, proteins and have good carbs. But they have other nutrients too that cause bloating. Here's how you can limit the intake of these items and substitute other food items instead.
Apples:

Apples are good for weight loss and are in high in fibre too. But they are very high in fructose which can cause bloating when they are fermented. To avoid this, replace apples with other fruits like bananas, blueberries, oranges or strawberries.
Onions:

When eaten raw, onions can cause bloating. The best thing to do is to enjoy smaller quantities of onions that are well cooked. If possible, substitute with spices and herbs to add flavour.
Beans:

Beans are known for causing bloating and indigestion. Beans contain healthy proteins and carbs, but they also have a high fibre content, which can cause trouble. Instead, replace them with light-coloured lentils, that are generally lower in fibre and soak them before you eat.
Broccoli:

Broccoli is known as a superfood, but veggies like broccoli, cauliflower and cabbage can cause bloating. To avoid this, steam these veggies well before consumption. You can also replace them with spinach, cucumbers, lettuce, sweet potatoes or zucchini.
Lentils:

Like beans, lentils are also packed with fibre. But apart from that they also indigestible sugars which cause bloating. Before consuming it soak it in cold water with lemon juice and vinegar overnight to reduce bloating.
Dried fruit:

Dried fruits have high fructose content. And if consumed in large quantities, it may cause bloating. So, if you want to much on something for snacks, use fresh citrus fruits and berries, which have lower fructose content.
