Amla or Amlaki, which is also known as Indian Gooseberry, is one of the nutritious fruits which is commonly found in India, Middle eastern nations and Southeast Asian nations. The fruit is high in Vitamin C and it features in almost all the Ayurvedic medicines.  The superfood is quite popular in health circles as the fruit is packed with several nutrients such as vitamins, antioxidants, fiber, calcium, folate, phosphorus, iron, carbs, omega 3 and magnesium among others.

Indian Gooseberry is also known as the best antioxidant on the earth.
