What if I told you that eating certain foods will make you look pretty! Sounds exciting right? Here is all the super food that will make you look pretty. 

1. Yoghurt or Curd

This cool and delish food item is packed with proteins and calcium. It leaves you feeling full for longer and strengthens your bones and helps get rid of dark circles. 

2. Beans and Legumes
