Kylie Jenner shared her ENTIRE diet regime and it is super healthy

When it comes to the Kardashians and Jenners, everybody wants to know everything about them. From the products, they use on their hair and face, to what goes into their body. So, it only makes sense for people to freak out about the fact that the beauty mogul of the clan - Kylie Jenner shared her super healthy morning diet regime with all of her millions of Instagram followers.
She revealed that she recently started consuming Celery juice after listening to its benefits from sister Kim Kardashian, who follows it religiously. She went on to explain that it has high amount of vitamins C and K that helps in fighting cancer and liver diseases, reduces inflammation and boosts cardiovascular health. It also "calms nerves, relieves migraines and promotes weight loss."
After a 30-minute break, she has her coffee fix and then finally moves on to something more substantial which consists of potatoes, her favourite vegetable. She had previously revealed that she "makes all different kinds of potatoes, like scalloped potatoes, mashed potatoes, candied yams, etc." Clearly, the entrepreneur and mother of one can't do without her potato fix.
Kylie Jenner's morning diet:
500 ml celery juice
Coffee made with a mineral and vitamin-packed creamer and coconut milk.
Mashed potatoes, ham and avocado
It is not easy to multitask and be the face of a brand, be a mother of one and run your own business. But Kylie manages to do it by keeping fit and healthy, following a strict schedule and diet.
