Egg Bhurji/ Scrambled Eggs
Ingredients:
· Ghee
· Onion (chopped) – 1/2
· Green chilli (chopped) – 1
· Turmeric – 1 tsp
· Salt – To taste
· Pepper – To taste
· Pav Bhaji masala – To taste
· Coriander – To garnish
Method:
· In a pan, heat two tablespoons of ghee, add half chopped onion, one chopped green chilli, one teaspoon turmeric, salt, pepper, Pav Bhaji masala (optional) and cook for three to five minutes.
· Make sure the onions become translucent. You can add any other vegetable of your choice too.
· Add two to three eggs and whisk them thoroughly until cooked.
· Garnish with coriander.
