You can eat all sorts of unhealthy food without feeling guilty because you know you’ll be burning those calories the next day. It’s a free pass to eat whatever you want. This cheat day is only cheating we all love and appreciate it. It’s important to take a break and give your body what it wants. Denying your body a cheat day will make your diet unhealthy for your mind. You don’t want to be the person thinking about food constantly. Here are a few recipes for dirty cheat day meals full of calories.
1. Grilled Cheese Sandwich: It’s easy to cook and full of cheese and calories. All you need is some bread, butter and cheddar cheese. Fry the bread with a little bit of butter. Put as much cheese as you want on it and grill it in the microwave or on the stove as per your comfort.

2. Pancakes: They’re heaven on earth. There are easy to cook pancake mix available in any departmental store. You can add any syrup you like along with it. Some chocolate syrup or caramel or honey and bananas. Make it as filthy as you can.

3. Puri chole: It’s super easy to cook and very greasy. Just roll chapatis and deep fry them. Chole needs a little bit of prep. Soak chana overnight. Put oil in a pan and sauté finely chopped onions until golden brown and then add ginger garlic paste to it and fry for 2 minutes. Add tomato puree to it and cook for another 2 mins and add garam masala to it. Add turmeric and chilli and coriander powder as well. Fry for 3-4 minutes. Now drain the chana and add it to this masala. Put some water and salt and put a lid on it. Cook till the chole are cooked completely.

4. Pizza: Make a filthy unhealthy pizza. Buy a pizza base from any bakery and put some pizza sauce on it. Add some cheddar cheese and mozzarella cheese on in and put veggies and sausages and bacon and every unhealthy thing you want on it and bake it in the oven or microwave.
