You know hwy all of us wait for summers apart from the fact that it is holiday season? Well, in all honestly it is for the king of fruits, MANGOES!! We wait for a good whole year to eat the most juicy and delicious fruit there ever is. The national fruit of India has multiple benefits (apart from it being so yummy). Some of the benefits are, it clears the skin, it lowers cholesterol as mangoes have high levels of fibre and Vitamin C, it helps in good eyesight as this super fruit is loaded with Vitamin A, improves in digestion and boosts immune system. Well, isn’t all these reasons another added push for us to consume this yummy fruit?
I must agree that the best way of eating this fruit is with our hands with all the juices dripping down or in a more sophisticated and cute manner with 2 scoops of vanilla ice-cream and toppings of freshly cut mangoes. Mango Chia Pudding

If you want something filling yet light, then this recipe is just the thing that you want. This recipe takes less than 5 minutes to be made. Bring out your cute coloured mason jars, pour in some milk, chia seeds and maple syrup. Refrigerate the mixture and leave it on overnight. Top the drink with chunks of freshly cut mango pieces and eat it for your breakfast and be happy throughout the whole day.
Aam Panna

This one has to be one of our most favourite recipes. All you need are 3 medium raw mangoes, sugar, roasted cumin powder, black salt, water and mint leaves, put this all in a blender and after its ready, keep it in the fridge and drink it chilling cold.
Mango Mousse

Take fresh cream and mango puree and layer it in a glass. Refrigerate it for 4 hours. Top it with mango chunks and eat it to your heart’s delight.

Aren’t we all big fans of Iced tea? Now imagine it mango flavoured (yumm..) You need black or green tea bags, water, sugar, ice cubes and obviously mangoes. The whole recipe takes over 10-15 minutes to make. Blend together mango and water; mix it with sugar and heat it for a minute to make it a syrup. Brew some black or green tea separately and mix it together.

Who doesn’t love a yummy bruschetta? This extremely easy recipe is a great quick bite with 100% delicious results. Take some chopped tomatoes, raw mangoes, onions and basil, mix it all together, add in some chat masala and squeeze some lime. Mix it well together and place it on a toast bread and put on some Italian seasoning. Microwave the breads and serve it hot.
