Style File: Sonam Kapoor, Karisma Kapoor or Kriti Sanon, who carried the retro polka dots better?

With the 90's already making their comeback and being a dominant part of the fashion circuit, it was only time for the most happening decade of the 1900's to jump back right into the scene. Fashion is a major synonym to Bollywood and our beauties are always a step ahead when it comes to showcasing their fashion and style. The beloved polka dots have invaded the Bollywood actresses's wardrobe and here are the three instances when Karisma Kapoor, Sonam Kapoor and Kriti Sanon flaunted their weakness for polka dots with much elan.   

Karisma Kapoor in Burberry

The gorgeous Karisma Kapoor has been winning the fashion critics with all of her on point fashion choices lately. The fine actress this time around took a flashback tour to one of the most happening decade’s - the 70’s. Karisma wore a black and beige silk polka dot, tie neck detail blouse from Burberry. She teamed her chic pick with a pair of black well fit trousers and a black blazer also from the powerhouse English brand, Burberry. She coordinated her entire look by carrying a black clutch from Gucci and wearing black strappy heels from YSL. We love how she has kept her look to a minimal by sporting a clean straightened open hair-do, subtle makeup and blush pink lips. The polka dot in spite of being layered stands out beautifully and we are totally crushing over it.

Sonam Kapoor in George Keburia

The stunning Sonam Kapoor who is undoubtedly the fashionista of Bollywood makes sure that all her public appearances are high on the fashion quotient. This time around the actress went all out and brought back the magic of the 70s by donning a black and white, polka dot puff sleeves, peplum cropped shirt-top from George Keburia. High waisted black flared pants from the same designer, justified the whole retro dressing. Huge golden earrings and statement rings from Mahesh Nottandas and Anmol Jewelers, centre parted hair tied in a low bun, red lips, minimal makeup and black pointy-toe stilettos finished off her look. The look is both chic and high on the fashion quotient, we love how she didn’t overdo it by adding hair accessories and creating a confusion.

Kriti Sanon in H&M

The beautiful Kriti Sanon also took a trip back to the pop decade of the century.The actress opted for a black and white polka dot bishop sleeves blouse with a tie neck detail from H&M. The classy blouse was teamed up with a high waisted grey flap midi skirt with an eyelet detail. Black pointy toe stilettos with neatly pulled back hair in a ponytail, minimal makeup, soft red lips and diamond studs finished off her look. While we really like the hair and makeup and also the polka dot blouse we wished that she should have worn either a coloured high waisted skirt or gone all black and classy.
