Priyanka Chopra won the style game in 2017 with her diverse fashion choices and here's proof

Queen PeeCee has already claimed her throne back in Bollywood with her acting prowess, confidence and style statements. The gorgeous fashion icon is now vying for global domination and boy, she is so on point.

Priyanka spread her wings and has started taking fashion risks ever since she moved to the US, something that she never tried back home. Ms.Chopra has successfully managed to carve a place for her in the bustling and over-competitive Hollywood.

The actress is present at every important event, mingling with the most famous people, making the right connections and wearing the hottest labels. Her stylist, Cristina Ehrlich, says,  “She is very versatile and will try anything from a pair of men’s pants to a pyjama look, to a classic bombshell moment.” This year has to be one of the sassiest years for the Quantico actress as she took many risks and her successful experiments were on point.

People’s Choice Awards

Priyanka Chopra picked the award for 'Best Actress' at People's Choice Awards held in Los Angeles. For her big night, she wore a salmon-hued asymmetrical hem bustier top that she paired with a matching fringe skirt from Sally LaPointe and gold sandals. Simple hair, a pink lip and a Nirav Modi ring rounded her look out. It's pretty, fun and feminine. We love the fresh face makeup which complimented the look well.

Golden Globes Awards

Here, she made her Golden Globes debut as one of the presenters at the awards ceremony. Priyanka sparkled in a heavily sequined custom-made gown by Ralph Lauren. Her gold number with a plunging neckline was styled with a Lorraine Schwartz necklace, simple hair and an oxblood lip.

MET Gala Awards

Our desi girl, certainly took a gamble with an unusual, over-sized trench coat style Ralph Lauren ensemble – but it paid off as she bossed the red carpet. Her trench coat dress is the longest trench coat in the world! Way to make a statement PeeCee. For hair and makeup, she wore her hair in a top knot and metallic eyes with brown lips. Silver statement holographic style earrings finished her look. Those boots for footwear were the perfect match.

Oscars 2017

Priyanka Chopra won the red carpet in a Ralph and Russo Spring 2017 Couture gown at Oscars 2017. PeeCee wore a futuristic design, a 3D ivory Ralph and Russo number. She wore this gown with diamond earrings and cuff bracelets. She styled her look with straight sleek hair and sharp side part.  

Vanity Fair Oscar Party

Priyanka switched into a black Michael Kors gown for the Vanity Fair Oscar party later in the evening. The gown had plunging neckline a subtle animal print lining, ruffles along with on the sides and the sleeves. She wore her hair straight and sleek with a sharp side part. A fresh face of makeup and nude lips completed her look.  

EMMYS Awards

Priyanka Chopra took to the red carpet at the 2017 Emmys looking like an elegant and fierce warrior princess. She wore a custom-made white embellished, curve-hugging gown by Balmain. The bodice and the neck of the gown featured embellishments, while the hem was made of feathers which open into a floor-sweeping train. With a gown so embellished, it could end up making anyone look bigger than they actually are, but to PC's credit, we love how it fit her immaculately and showed off her tiny waist. Wearing a deep purple lip, she punctuated her look with drop earrings and hair in a ponytail. Love it head to toe!

Baywatch Premier India

Priyanka Chopra attended a press meet earlier today to promote her film, 'Baywatch'. She worked a gorgeous white dress by Paule Ka, featuring a lapel neckline, a cowl back and a thigh-high slit. A pair of earrings from Outhouse Jewellery and black Giuseppe Zanotti sandals rounded her look out.

The Defiant Ones Premier

The actress recently attended the New York premiere of HBO's The Defiant Ones and looked smoking hot. Priyanka was the epitome of sexiness in a tailored double-breasted jacket with a plunging neckline and sparkly wide-legged pants from Brunello Cucinelli. She styled her hair with middle-parted shoulder length tendrils. Purple lips, dark purple shadow and black liner accentuated her look.

New York Fashion Week

At the ongoing New York Fashion Week, Priyanka Chopra sat in the front row at designer Prabal Gurung's Show. She picked separates from his Fall 2017 collection that included an embellished text top and an asymmetric hem skirt with button detail and thigh-high slit. A pair of boots, fur jacket, simple hair and a plum tone lip added finishing touches to her look.

CFDA Awards

Priyanka Chopra dazzled as she was clicked at the CFDA Awards in a black sequin Michael Kors dress. The midi dress was form fitting, with full sleeves and a plunging neckline. A broad black belt cinched the waist giving definition to her petite figure. A sleek bun, fresh face of makeup and red lips finished her look.  

Global Citizen New York

She took a fashion risk in her Fausto Puglisi contrasting print shift dress and matching thigh high boots. Another major risk and did it pay off? Absolutely, yes! The look worked really well for the event in question as it gave her an opportunity to go wild with her fashion choices and she did. For some, it may be too matchy-matchy, but that's what made the whole look for me. A nude lip, unkempt hair and sunglasses rounded her fab look out.

The actor, singer, philanthropist and our former Miss World has been also been getting brownie points from the fashion police for her chic and out of the box looks. Not on the red carpet, Priyanka’s street style is also majorly talked about. Back in Bollywood we just do not see celebrities experimenting with their looks one bit but our Chopra girl just does not stop and we are only so glad. Be it layering, cut out dresses, 3D gowns or the simple yet elegant dresses, the “In my city” singer is surely striking the right chords and this year has been proved.
