We are enjoying the bright sunshine and as well as hating the constant sweating. But yes summer is here to stay for a bit longer. As seasons change and trends come and go, some trends make remarkable statement. After summer prints such as stripes, plaid and floral it’s time for the season’s favourite colour. The colour of this season is yellow. Yes! The bright happy colour makes your outfit stand out in the shine. The colour is surely one of our favourite, but people try to avoid this poppy colour cause of the fear if they will be able to carry it or not, but don't worry we have come to your rescue. Kareena Kapoor Khan 

Kareena Kapoor Khan was photographed as she walked down the red carpet for Lokmat Awards held in Mumbai earlier this month.She went all traditional in a canary yellow saree with ‘kalash’ motif detail, that she paired with bright fuchsia blouse, both by Masaba Gupta. Hair tied up in a sleek ponytail, a tiny bindi and a pair of gold earrings punctuated her look well. The classic yellow-pink combination can never go wrong and bebo rpoves that well. 

Shilpa Shetty Kundra

Shilpa Shetty welcomed summer in her white camisole from Massimo Dutti, which she teamed with a mango yellow drape detail long skirt from Jacquemus. A pair of white pumps from Kurt Geiger and dainty Swarovski jewellery rounded her look out. Theh slit skirt just drapes her yoga fit body perfectly.

Alia Bhatt 

Alia Bhatt looks elegant in the beautiful lemon-yellow dress by Manish Malhotra she donned for a wedding. Minimal make up and jewellery complemented her heavily embroidered dress as she twirled in it. Alia Bhatt’s look is the way to rock any summer destination wedding.

Sonam Kapoor 

The shiny yellow one shoulder dress looks classy on the diva and the look is runway ready. We like the style of the dress and how it drapes around her body but the shine is just too much. She looks really pretty in pulled back hair, a red lip and a choker neckpiece.

Deepika Padukone 

Padukone wore her mustard ruffled blouse from Chloé that she paired with blue wide legged jeans from Stella McCartney. Hair tied up in a ponytail, a pair of vintage Oscar De La Renta dangling earrings and a red lip rounded her look out. If you are not fan of the bright yellow this shade should be your next buy. 

Manushi Chhillar

Manushi Chhillar rocked it in a yellow-mellow halter neck gown. The whole wrap texture on top and the peek-a-boo of her slim waist takes away everything. We like the pleats of the skirt and how it drapes around her body. Chhillar paired the look with tassel earrings, a golden clutch and tied back hair.

Diana Penty 

Diana Penty  did a color block look in Payal Khandwala separates which included a white shirt, green wide legged pants and a contrasting yellow long jacket. Adding a touch of ethnic jewellery via her necklace, she rounded her look out with nude sandals and half hair tied up in a man bun.While I love the separates on her, I wish she didn't have the man bun on. It just looked awkward.

Priyanka Chopra

Priyanka chopra went with the bright yellow dress which had full sleeves a tied collar and a slit in the front. The colour suits the dusky diva perfectly and the slit steals the show. Paired with nude heels and the matrix sunglasses this look is runway ready. 

Kriti Sanon 

Colour blocking can be a bit tricky but can make you look flawless. Colour block with pastels or take a light colour and pair it with a darker shade. Kriti Sanon looks charming in the tucked in light blue shirt and a yellow midi pleated skirt. A messy ponytail, big hoops and black heels finished off her summer look.

Kareena Kapoor Khan 

Kareena Kapoor Khan never fails to impress us be it one of her casual outings or her well-known gym looks. Here she is seen with her son Taimur Ali Khan in a beautiful outfit by House of Masaba. The ensemble consisted of an ochre yellow embroidered slip dress with a slit that she paired with a matching cape jacket from House of Masaba too.

Alia Bhatt

Bhatt sported a bright yellow lehenga with a dep green blouse and a sheer green dupatta. While we like the outfit, somewhere we feel like the ensemble is lacking something somewhere. The bright yellow lehenga is to die for though. 

Eesha Gupta 

Esha Gupta  looked pretty in a yellow organza saree by Ranian, which had a gold embroidered border work. The saree was teamed with a matching embellished blouse and she styled her look with a glossy lip and hair tied back in a bun.Dangling earrings and flowers in her bun rounded her look out.

Shraddha Kapoor

Shraddha Kapoor attended an event in Mumbai recently wearing this beautiful yellow lehenga with a bright fuschia dupatta. An embroidered blouse with a traditional motif printed lehenga just looks very classic. You can take inspiration from Kapoor to rock yellow in your lehenga the next wedding season. 

Ranveer Singh 

The chameleon Ranveer Singh recently attended a party in a yellow Gucci top with floral pants. While we aren't a big fan of those pants we like how the bright yellow looks on him and complement those bizzare pants well. White sneakers and brown sunglasses rounded off his look.
