First of its kind, THIS luxury fashion house designs a custom lehenga for Isha Ambani

The daughter of the richest man of India - Isha Ambani, tied a knot with Anand Piramal on 12th December. Before the lavish wedding in Mumbai, the pre-wedding festivities were held in Udaipur. We saw a parade of Bollywood stars dancing and performing on their favourite beats. Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan, Priyanka Chopra, Ranveer Singh, Deepika Padukone, Aishwarya Rai, Amitabh Bachchan, let’s just say that most of the Bollywood celebrities were a part of this big fat wedding.

While most of these stars were dolled up in couture pieces, the bride stood out. Most of the bride’s outfits were custom-made for her special day. We just couldn’t take our eyes off her gorgeous smile.

For the wedding, Isha chose a custom-made Abu Jani and Sandeep Khosla lehenga. The white and gold lehenga choli was accompanied by a classic red heritage dupatta. The red bandhani dupatta was passed down to the bride by her mother - Nita Ambani. The 35-year-old red dupatta surely added an element of the mother’s love on her special day.

While she opted for an Indian designer for the wedding, Maison Valentino was the bride’s choice for the reception. Maison Valentino is a luxury fashion house that is renowned globally. Isha Ambani wore a custom-made one of a kind white and gold lehenga for her wedding reception in Mumbai. The newlywed bride looked stunning alongside her husband, Anand Piramal who couldn't stop looking at her. She accessorised her lehenga with fine diamond jewellery. Her henna clad hands were accessorised with white and gold bangles. Isha let her gorgeous skin glow and kept the makeup to a minimal.
