On 4th July, all the roads led to Film City, Mumbai, as the 10th edition of the Global Indian television awards saw the who’s who of the television fraternity walk the ‘Gold’ carpet in style. Gold Awards is a prestigious global platform that recognises and celebrates excellence on Indian Television where viewers can watch their favourite TV Stars win accolades for their performances.

Hosted by Jai Bhanushali and Bharti Singh, the 10th ZEE  Gold Awards was an evening of glitz and glamour and definitely a night to remember as the biggest and the brightest stars of Indian television were recognised for their outstanding performances.

Let's have a look at who-wore-what at the award show as they walked down the gold carpet

1. Adaa Khan in RS By Rippii Sethi

Adaa Khan looked stunning in a strapless tiered shimmery top by Rippii Sethi. The gown was a pastel blue colour with embellishments all over it. She styled the look with M&M Accessorio Earrings. She wore glam smokey eyes and her hair in a bun.

2. Amir Ali in all black

Amir kept it quirky in an all-black look on the red carpet. The top had an asymmetrical zipper along with a cowl neck and black dhoti style pants finished the look.

3. Anita Hassanandani in K&A By Karishma & Ashita

Anita Hassanandani looked stunning in an oxblood figure-hugging gown, which had a Bardot neckline. The gown had a fishtail hem and she paired the look with diamond and emerald earrings by Belleza. Hair worn in glam curls and perfect makeup rounded her look.

4. Barkha Bisht and Indraneil Sengupta

Barkha Bisht brought sexy back, in her backless jumpsuit with waist cutouts and a sleek top bun golden choker and bracelet rounded the look. We understand there is a whole black and gold vibe happening here, however, the golden highlight worn in excess in her makeup is a disaster.
Indraneil Sengupta took a risk with his grey checkered pants, white t-shirt and powder blue jacket, however, his experiment did not quite pay off as the entire look was a mismatch and did not tie well together.

5. Daljeet Kaur In blue

Daljeet Kaur's look was quite the Debbie Downer and so not red carpet appropriate at all. She wore a basic blue scoop neck maxi dress along with an oxidised necklace. While the makeup looked pretty the hair too was quite messy.

6. Debina  Bonnerjee in Liquid Gold

Going with the theme of the awards "Gold Carpet" at Gold Awards, Debina Banerjee wore a golden outfit. The gown had cutouts around the waist with an embellished neckline and pretty earrings. While the idea of the outfit was noble, the gown, hair and makeup were not one bit flattering on her.

7. Gauhar Khan in a gold and silver look

The fashionista Gauhar Khan was actually quite disappointing in her recent appearance at the Gold Awards. She wore a silver and gold gown with gold sandals and sleek hair. We appreciate how she is trying something different but the look just did not work for us.

8. Jay Bhanushali in a 3 piece suit

The host for the night Jay Bhanshali looked dapper in a 3 piece suit. Jay Bhanushali made an appearance. Love the beard and the lapel pins and pocket square.

9. Kamya Punjabi

Kamya Punjabi looked sexy in a glam plunging neckline dress which was short on the inside and had a sheer layer over. The look had a plunging neckline and finished the look with berry lips and a Louis Vuitton clutch.

10. Karan Singh Grover looking dapper

KSG too looked stylish as he wore a charcoal grey suit with a thin tie, blue shirt and a pocket square.

11. Karan Wahi's monochrome look

Karan looked handsome in his 3 piece suit which featured a velvet vest, white shirt, black blazer and trousers.

12. Krystle Dsouza in Kamaali Couture

Krystle Dsouza picked a green look by Kamaali Couture. The gown had a cape with floral applique, sequin on the neckline and a metallic pleated skirt that flowed down. She wore the look with Chic Therapy jewels. Purple smokey eyes and a soft updo rounded her look. While the hair and makeup looked lovely the sheer panels on the waist are making us cringe and the skirt did not photograph well.

13. Mouni Roy in Nikhita Tandon

Mouni Roy looked stellar in a Nikhita Tandon. She wore a one-shoulder grey and black gown which had a bow belt around the waist. She wore a winged liner with a voluminous updo.

14. Prince Narula and Yuvika Chaudhary

Yuvika Chaudhry was in attendance too, alongside rumoured boyfriend Prince Narula. She wore a silver lehenga with a sheer cape. Diamond danglers and berry lips rounded her look.

15. Ridhi Dogra in Swapnil Shinde

Ridhi Dogra's look is probably one of our favourites from the night.  She looked stunning in a Swapnil Shinde number as she walked down the gold carpet. Ridhi Dogra had a high neck gown with beadings all over. The sheer gown had a high neckline along with waist cutouts. Nude shades of makeup along with bronze smokey eyes and sleek hair rounded her look.

16. Ritwik Dhanjani's brocade look

Serving us a different look Ritwik Dhanjani looked great in a brocade suit. The satin finish pants and shirt looked rich. He was hands down the best-dressed man on the red carpet.

17. Rubina Dhilak's girly look

Rubina wore a white mini skirt with a crop top that she paired with a necklace. She layered the look with a minimal pink blazer. Her outfit looked more like a performance costume that she wore under a blazer and just did not work for us. Her loud eyes and purple lips were not helping either.

18. Sanjeeda Shaikh in Azuli By Nikki

Another golden look on the red carpet was Sanjeeda Shaikh wearing Azuli By Nikki. She wore a golden shimmering Anarkali with embellishments around the neck, the outfit had a scalloped hemline. While the outfit on its own looked good the styling was quite the disaster. The loud eyes, sleek hair and tangy red lips did not work one bit for us.

19. Mohsin Khan and Shivangi Joshi

Both Mohsin and Shivagi suited up for the gold carpet. Mohsin wore a tuxedo with a bow tie and red lining around the collar. Shivangi wore a red double breasted suit with a silver choker. The suit had wide legged trousers with a slit and buttons.

20. Shweta Tiwari and her daughter too attended the event

Like mother like daughter both of them looked fabulous. Shweta wore a midnight blue gown which had a tulle bottom by Kalki Fashion, she paired the look with an embellished clutch by Rusaru Couture and earrings by micare jewels.

Shweta's daughter Palak Tiwari wore a classic black figure-hugging gown by K&A By Karishma & Ashita and paired it with jewellery by micare jewels and clutch by Rusaru Couture.
