Nail Art Inspiration: NYFW’s nail looks are so easy to DIY, here’s how
If you’ve been swooning over simple nail art seen at fashion week then you’ve come at the right place!
Fashion runs from ramps to roads. With streetstyle and high fashion being it’s best at New York Fashion Week, where else would we go for our weekly nail inspiration!? Jin Soon Choi is a nail artist and founder of spas and her own nail polishes. Her style is simple, elegant yet striking. From just one finger painted, to glitter and splatter – Jin’s looks are extremely simple yet totally rocking. Her clientele includes Prabal Gurung, Longchamp, Badgley Mishka – to name a few. If you follow Jin you’ll sneak peaks of #bts of the most anticipated NYFW as well as other celebrities who rock her looks on the daily. Here are some of the gorgeous celebrities she’s worked with: Selena Gomez and Gigi Hadid.
“High Fashion in a bottle.” Is what Jin Soon’s Beauty brand swears by, so we know taking a cue from her looks is making us totally on trend and looking classy and high-fash! To try out Jin’s looks you’ll need the basics: Acetone, Cotton pads or balls, nail polishes in shades like: white, black, gold, patels, brights, glitter or even confetti polishes (anything you have at home and love). A tip from experience: have a roll of good quality cellotape, geometric looks get x100 times easier with the aid of tape.
Jin Soon's Instagram @jinsoonchoi is our go-to for nail inspo and we appreciate her art post by post on Instagram. Since our nails are not blessed enough to be graced by her talent, let’s DIY these cute designs we absolutely loved:
