The Fakir of Venice trailer: Farhan Akhtar and Annu Kapoor are sure to take you on a laugh riot
The Fakir of Venice was supposed to mark Farhan Akhtar's debut, however, even as the trailer releases a decade later, we are glad the movie is happening.
Farhan Akhtar's debut film, The Fakir of Venice will finally hit the screens on January 18, 2019, and while there have been a lot of talks about it recently, the film's trailer released yesterday. We must say, we are thrilled to see how the trailer perfectly gives out the story of two con men and also takes you on a laugh riot. It is hilarious, and one can totally find relatability to the present day. The film can be called out as one of its kind, and we see no reason why it had to wait all these years.
The story, a tale of how human beings behave and what the mindset is behind the actions that they do, is about two Indian men who decide to head to Venice in order to make easy money. And in an attempt to do so, they perform an act, which obviously is to con people. In the film, Farhan is the man hired to find a Fakir who will bury himself in the sand, for a project, while Annu Kapoor is a slum dweller who turned Fakir. The tale is sure captivating and will tickle your funny bones.
Happy Sunday beautiful people.. #just #weekendwish
The film, directed by Anand Surapur, seems to be one of its kind and is sure a funny take on how easy it is to study human behaviour and base your acts upon them. Written by Rajesh Devraj, the film was delayed owing to issues with the production house and the director also said how it is going to connect well with the audience. e also said that the story is what can be called based on the past, future, and the present, and how the two sides of a human come out based on the situation, their goals, and their needs.
