RRR: Hollywood star Emma Roberts to romance Jr NTR in SS Rajamouli's magnum opus?

SS Rajamouli's RRR starring Ram Charan and Jr NTR in the lead roles is one of the much-awaited films of 2020. The first schedule of big-budget film kick-started earlier this year in Hyderabad and later, the team moved to Baroda for the second schedule. However, due to Ram Charan’s ankle injury, the makers had to put the shooting of RRR on hold. Well, the film has managed to hit the headlines since its inceptions. First British actress Daisy Edgar-Jones walked out of the project and later, Ram Charan's injury affected the film's shoot. 

Now, according to reports, director SS Rajamouli's has found Daisy Edgar-Jones's replacement to star opposite Jr NTR in the film. Reportedly, the Baahubali director is currently in the USA for the same. Rajamouli will conduct Emma's look test there and if everything falls into place, the Hollywood star will be seen opposite Jr NTR in the much-anticipated film. However, there has been no official word regarding the same by the makers of the magnum opus.

On July 4th, SS Rajamouli took to Twitter and revealed that he is in Washinton for some personal work. He tweeted, "Friends, I have come to Washington on personal work. Not for TANA convention. I might not even attend peddanna's musical show. I do not want people to expect me at the convention and get disappointed. Hence the clarificarion."

Made on a huge scale of Rs 350-400 crores, RRR will showcase the grandeur set up like Baahubali. The film also stars Alia Bhatt and Ajay Devgn in supporting roles. RRR will release worldwide on July 30, 2020, in ten Indian languages simultaneously.
