Paapan: Kaniha shares photo with Suresh Gopi as the makers start the shooting process
Paapan marks the reunion of Mollywood biggies Joshiy and Suresh Gopi after a long time.
Director Joshiy's upcoming crime thriller is titled Paapan and boasts a stellar cast. Two Malayalam biggies Joshiy and Suresh Gopi are teaming up after a long time with Paapan. The screenplay is handled by C/o Saira Banu fame RJ Shaan. Now the shooting process is started and Kaniha has shared a photo with Suresh Gopi from the sets of the film. In the photo, Kaniha can be seen in a traditional saree, while Suresh Gopi can be seen in a semi-formal attire.
Sharing it, she wrote, “First day of #paapan with one of my favorites @sureshgopi And we start rolling! What an absolute pleasure !!” Paapan has Nyla Usha, Gokul Suresh Gopi, Sunny Wayne, and Neeta Pillai in crucial roles and features Asha Sharath, Chandunath, Vijayaraghavan, Tini Tom, and Shammi Thilakan among others in the key roles. Paapan is bankrolled by David Kachappilly Productions. Shyam Sasidharan has been roped in as editor while Vishnu Govind and Sreesankar will design the sound.

The film has music scored by Jakes Bejoy and Ajay David Kachappally will crank the camera. In the series of upcoming Mollywood films, Paapan is undoubtedly yet another addition to the most awaited ones. Talking about the film, RJ Shaan had said during an interview that the film will be based on family and emotions. He said, “Paapan is a family-based movie, and at the moment I can’t reveal much about its genre as there is some suspense, mystery elements involved with it. Regardless, it is a simple film."
