Samantha Akkineni and Naga Chaitanya's film Majili is roaring high at the ticket windows. The film by Shiva Nirvana has opened to a positive response from the audiences and critics alike. Not only in India, but the romantic-sports drama which also stars Divyansha Kaushik, a debutante hailing from Delhi, has also got a flying start in the USA as well. Majili has crossed $125,000 at the premieres held so far. Trade Analyst Ramesh Bala took to twitter and wrote, "Already crossed $125,000 in premieres so far". Well, the film has kick-started on a good note, and now, it remains to see how well the film fares at the box office on its first day.

The story of Majili revolves around Naga Chaitanya who plays the role of an alcoholic ex-cricketer. While he is married to a woman named Shravani played by Samantha, he is still in love with his ex-girlfriend Anshu played by Divyansha Kaushik. Well, Majili's first reviews are quite impressive and fans are enjoying the cinematic magic on the big screen.
