Lucifer Day 8 Box Office Collection: Mohanlal starrer inching closer to Rs 100 crore mark

Mohanlal starrer Lucifer opened to an amazing response from the audiences and critics. The film is not only receiving good reviews but is also earning outstanding at the Box Office. Lucifer has taken a flying start and is earning huge at the ticket windows. In fact, the makers celebrated the success of the film just a day after the release. Lucifer is unstoppable and has collected around Rs 88 crore worldwide in just 8 days of its release. According to trade buzz on twitter, in Kerala, the political thriller has earned around Rs 40 crore net approx and is expected to touch Rs 50 crore mark by the end of the weekend. 

Prithviraj Sukumaran is among the most ambitious stars in the Malayalam film industry and with Lucifer, he has set a huge benchmark as a director. Not only in India, but the film is also doing well overseas as well and with this, Lucifer is all set to touch Rs 100 crore club. Having received distinctly good reviews and ratings from the audiences, Lucifer is sure to mount higher numbers across markets in the coming days. Also, Lucifer becomes the first fastest Malayalam film to enter the Rs 50-crore club. Trade Analyst Ramesh Bala tweeted, “#Lucifer has done ₹ 50+ Cr Gross for the Opening weekend at the WW Box office.The fastest Malayalam movie to do that..”
