EXCLUSIVE VIDEO: Mahesh Babu feels honoured to have his own wax statue at Madame Tussauds
For the first time ever a wax statue of an Indian actor has been flown down to India, talking about the same, Mahesh Babu in an exclusive conversation with Pinkvilla shares his happiness.
After Baahubali star Prabhas, Mahesh Babu becomes the second Tollywood star to get his wax statue carved by the Madame Tussauds Singapore. The wax statue has left everyone amazed over an uncanny resemblance to Mahesh Babu. At first glance, you might definitely be taken back. The wax idol was unveiled at his theatre premises of AMB Cinemas, Hyderabad. During the event, the Maharshi actor interacted with the fans who had come only to catch a glimpse of their favourite star's wax statue.
This is for the first time ever that a wax statue of an actor has been flown down to India. Talking exclusively to Pinkvilla, Mahesh Babu expressed his happiness on the same. He said, "Its literally a dream come true doing this in our own cinemas in front of my fans and the response has been overwhelming and it is one of those moments that I'll always cherish. I couldn't have asked for more...I have to thank the entire team of Madame Tussauds Singapore, unveiling the wax figure in our own cinemas, in front of my own children...I think it is one of the biggest moments for me."

On the work front, Mahesh Babu will be seen next in Maharshi. The film stars Pooja Hegde and Allari Naresh in important roles. The first song, Choti Choti Baatein will release tomorrow and the excitement for the same is at an all time high among the fans. Maharshi releases on April 9, 2019.
