Alia Bhatt spills the beans on her preparations for SS Rajamouli’s RRR; Read On
Alia Bhatt is all set to be seen SS Rajamouli’s magnum opus, RRR opposite superstar Ram Charan. The film also stars Jr NTR. The Raazi star revealed how she has been preparing for her dream role. Read on.
A while back, Baahubali maker, SS Rajamouli had announced another big budget project starring Telugu superstars Ram Charan and Jr NTR titled RRR. At the press event for the film, Rajamouli also had revealed that the actress opposite Ram Charan will be Raazi star, Alia Bhatt. Since then, Alia’s fans have been excited as she is all set to work with one of the most prolific filmmakers of India. Even Alia couldn’t control her excitement on bagging the project and got straight to work.
In a recent interview with Hindustan Times, Alia revealed how she is prepping for the role of Sita opposite Ram Charan and also recalled the incident when she bumped into SS Rajamouli at the airport and asked to work with him. Alia mentioned that she was Rajamouli’s fans even before Baahubali happened and wanted to work with him. The Raazi star revealed that when she met the filmmaker at the airport she told him that she wanted to work with him and he also stated that he was thinking to collaborate with her.
Alia even added that she isn’t taking anything for granted for the project and is working on her lines in Telugu. The actress mentioned that she wants to put her best foot forward. Alia said, “I am even learning all my lines in Telugu and trying to understand them well. I want every scene to be authentic … Not every day you get to work with people like him, I want to give my best.” Alia mentioned, “After Baahubali, the moment I heard that he is working on his next film, I knew I have to work with him.”

Meanwhile, the makers along with the cast and crew of RRR are currently in the USA for the shooting schedule of the film. After Jr NTR recovered from his injury on wrist, he also headed to the United States Of America for the shooting. The actor was also papped at the airport while heading for shooting SS Rajamouli’s RRR.
