Akkineni Nagarjuna to romance Nayanthara in his next film? Read On
Akkineni Nagarjuna is currently busy with the shooting of his next film Manmadhudu 2. If reports are to be believed, he will soon be romancing Nayanthara in his upcoming film.
Akkineni Nagarjuna is currently shooting for his next film Manmadhudu 2 in Portugal. The film is a much-awaited sequel to his film Manmadhudu. The film is helmed by director Rahul Ravindran. Soon, he will start filming director Kalyan Krishna’s next film. If sources are to be believed, Nayanthara may star opposite Nagarjuna in the ambitious project which is titled as Bangarraju. The film is touted to be a village romance drama. Reportedly, Nayanthara has agreed to the film and the director is still busy with the pre-production work of the film. The film is expected to go on floors soon.
Akkineni Nagarjuna and Nayanthara are currently busy with their respective projects, so they are believed to start shooting for the film by July this year. As per reports, the film will be releasing next year. Meanwhile, Akkineni Nagarjuna is shooting for Manmadhudu 2 in Hyderabad and the film also stars Rakul Preet Singh as the main female lead. Film-maker Rahul Ravindran also posted a lovely selfie of the whole cast before they started shooting for the film. Nagarjuna also shared an amazing picture on his social media and captioned the picture as, ‘Me and my #Manmadhudu2 family!!! Loving it!!’
The film also stars Vennela Kishore, Lakshmi, Devadarshini, Rao Ramesh and Jhansi in pivotal roles. Rakul Preet Singh who will share the screen space with Akkineni Nagarjuna for the first time in the film also expressed her excitement on her social media.
She took to her Twitter to write, ‘Super duper excited to be on board for Manmadhudu 2. Thank you Rahul Ravindran for giving me such a killer spunky fun role. Can’t wait to start shooting.’ Jointly produced by Akkineni Nagarjuna and P Kiran under Manam Enterprises and Anandi Art Creations banners, Manmadhudu is the second directorial of actor-turned-director Rahul Ravindran.
