Sonam Kapoor dazzles in a black and golden lehenga at a wedding reception, see PICS

Sonam Kapoor is the ultimate fashion queen; she manages to make heads turn with her looks at each public appearance. She can carry off any outfit with flair and always ups the glam quotient.

The actor was today clicked at the wedding reception of Saudamini Mattu. She donned a black and golden lehenga. She rounded her look with maang tikka and statement earrings. Sonam was accompanied by sister Rhea Kapoor.

About her fashion sense, Sonam had said in an interview to a publication, “I wasn’t fashion conscious. It’s something I cultivated and my weight loss has much to do with it. I used to admire girls who dressed up beautifully. Everything looks lovelier if you’re fit. The motivation should be to stay healthy. But teenagers today don’t understand the difference between skinny and healthy. Fashion is an extension of who you are. It’s how you portray yourself. You can tell a lot about a person by the way he/she dresses. Don’t dress for anyone but yourself.”

Sonam Kapoor and Anand Ahuja are going to tie the knot soon. The couple who has been dating for quite some time will reportedly solemnize their relationship in May. As per reports, the families are preparing for the wedding in full swing.

The couple will reportedly shift to London after the wedding. Sonam and Anand have reportedly bought a new apartment in Notting Hill.

On the work front, Sonam will next be seen in Veere Di Wedding. The movie, which is directed by Shashanka Ghosh also stars Kareena Kapoor Khan, Swara Bhasker, Shikha Talsania and Sumeet Vyas in lead roles.
