Fatima Sana Shaikh has been shooting for Thugs of Hindostan in Malta from the past couple of months. Now, she is back to the city and made it a point to spend some time with her Dangal co-star and best friend Sanya Malhotra. The amazing duo was snapped post dinner in the city.
Fatima looked pretty in a floral printed crop top and ripped jeans, whereas Sanya wore a black top with sheer sleeves and high waist wide leg pants.
Both posed happily for the shutterbugs while exiting from the restaurant.
Moreover, they were even seen hugging and interacting with street children and made their Saturday, to remember.

Meanwhile, on the work front, Fatima will soon continue the shoot of Thugs of Hindostan. For the film, the actor has put up hair extensions as the character demanded long locks, unlike her last film Dangal. In the much-awaited flick, Fatima will be seen alongside Aamir Khan, Amitabh Bachchan and Katrina Kaif.
Thugs of Hindostan is directed by Vijay Krishna Acharya of Dhoom 3 fame and is slated to release during the Diwali weekend of 2018.
Earlier, in an interview with a daily, when Fatima was asked if she was waiting to sign a big film post-Dangal she said, "No, it was nothing like that. I wanted to do a good film that I would be excited about, regardless of how big or small it may be. You have to be excited about something [in a film]. With this film, everything fell into right place; it’s like a perfect movie. I was waiting for a script that’s exciting. I gave so many auditions for this film because I really wanted the part. If there’s something exciting, I would do anything for it."
