Rangoon diaries: Saif, Shahid & Kangana pose for a lovely click with KJo on the KWK sets!
Spotted here are the Rangoon cast Shahid Kapoor, Kangana Ranaut and Saif Ali Khan on the sets of Koffee With Karan. The trio was on the show to promote their upcoming film.
Ahead of the big release, the Rangoon cast-Kangana, Saif and Shahid- made an appearance on the celebrity talk show, Koffee With Karan, recently. Seen here is the trio striking a lovely pose with host KJo.
Suited up Saif and an elegant looking Kangana in a white dress are clicked here posing adorably. On the other hand, Karan with his trademark pout and Shahid with a pleasant smile got snapped along with the duo.
While it was Shahid’s second time on the show, Saif and Kangana made their maiden appearance on the fifth season for the promotions of Rangoon.
The 35-year-old had earlier graced the show with wife Mira, who made her TV debut with KWK.
With the episode all set to be aired tomorrow, we are super excited to witness the much talked about camaraderie of the film’s cast on the Koffee couch.
Helmed by Vishal Bhardwaj, the film is set on the backdrop of World War II. While Kangana will supposedly be portraying the role of Bollywood’s original stunt-woman Fearless Nadia, Shahid will be seen playing a soldier Nawab Malik, head over heels in love with Kangana in the historical drama.
On the other hand, Saif will flaunt his villainy side as filmmaker Rustom Rusi Billimora in the flick.
Talking about the film, Vishal Bhardwaj has earlier said, “Rangoon is a love triangle set in the era of the Second World War. We have tried to create the ethos of the era but it’s a work of fiction.”
Co-produced by Sajid Nadiadwala and Vishal Bhardwaj, the movie will hit the cinemas on February 24.
