Throwback Thursday! SRK And Preity Have A Picture Perfect Moment In This Still From Veer-Zaara
Legendary filmmaker Yash Chopra was an amazing storyteller and his movies said it all. The director has worked with all the leading superstars of their time including Dilip Kumar, Rajesh Khanna, Amitabh Bachchan, Rishi Kapoor and now Shah Rukh Khan. Yashji has collaborated with SRK in films like Darr, Dil To Pagal Hai, Veer-Zaara and Jab Tak Hai Jaan.
Veer-Zaara released in 2004, showed a cross-border romance between an Indian Air Force Pilot played by King Khan and Preity Zinta who played the role of a Pakistani girl. The film was a path-breaking one and received several accolades from the critics and the audience. The romantic film went on to win the National Film Award for Best Popular Film Providing Wholesome Entertainment in the year 2005.
YRF's Twitter posted a major throwback picture from the film. The still is from the song Aisa Des Hai Mera picturised on SRK and Preity. The candid and the beautiful picture show them in the middle of a flower garden singing the song.
