NCT 127 drops exciting M/V ahead of their Japanese comeback; Fans can't help gushing over the stunning visuals
On February 15, 2021, NCT's subunit NCT 127 released the exciting new music video for ‘gimme gimme’, the title track from their upcoming 2nd Japanese mini-album, ‘Loveholic’, that is set to be released on February 17. The subunit originally released their first Japanese mini-album, ‘Awaken’, in 2019. They announced their Japanese comeback in January and have followed up on it with numerous teasers since. On January 12, they revealed the six tracks featured in ‘Loveholic’ – ‘gimme gimme’, ‘Lipstick’, ‘First Love’, ‘Chika Bom Bom’, ‘Kick It’, and ‘Right Now’. The Korean version of ‘Kick It’ is the lead single of NCT 127’s 2020 album ‘Neo Zone’.
In ‘gimme gimme’ MV that was released at 6 p.m. KST on February 15, the members sing of the addictive nature of true love. The song features elements that make it a classic NCT 127 track: flawless vocals, seamless choreography, killer visuals, and heavy hip-hop beats. Not only are the visuals for this music video more striking and extraordinary than ever but clear emphasis has been placed on all the members. Fans are also appreciating the fact that the line distribution, which has been a significant concern when it comes to NCT over the years, seems to be considerably fair this time around. Besides, fans can't help but absolutely gush over the members, especially Taeyong who seems to have recovered from his injury.
It is incredible to see the boys back again and fans can't wait for their EP to drop!
