Check out the first look poster of Ajay Devgn's Taanaji: The Unsung Warrior.
Ajay Devgn today took to Twitter to present the first look poster of his movie Taanaji: The Unsung Warrior. A few hours after Ajay wrote, "Can't wait to share with you'll something very exciting that we have been working on lately! Out at midnight!," he shared the epic poster and wrote, "He fought for his People, his Soil & his King Chhatrapati Shivaji. The unsung warrior of glorious Indian history, Subedar Taanaji Malusare."
In the movie, Ajay will be seen as Subedar Taanaji Malusare, who fought alongside Chatrapathi Shivaji Maharaj. Tanaji was one of Shivaji's closest friends, hailing from the Malusare clan; the two had known each other since childhood. He is famously known for the Battle of Sinhagad in 1670. At Shivaji's request, he pledged to recapture the fortress of Kondana near Pune. According to legend, he received the summons while at his son's wedding, and immediately left the festivities.
Well, this should be an interesting watch. We can't wait for it already!
Ajay will also be seen in a completely different avatar in the Rohit Shetty movie Golmaal Again. The film also features Parineeti Chopra, Arshad Warsi, Tusshar Kapoor, Tabu, Prakash Raj, Shreyas Talpade, Kunal Khemu and Neil Nitin Mukesh and is the fourth installment of the Golmaal film franchise.
