Map of the Soul ON:E: BTS fans emotional AF after photos of chairs with ARMY bombs at concert venue surface

The D-Day of Map of the Soul ON:E is finally here and BTS fans are already an emotional wreck. Bangtan Boys' first online concert in four months will see the members perform the songs of their latest album Map of the Soul: 7. While the ARMY was looking forward to watching these performances in person through the Map of the Soul Tour, COVID-19 had other plans. Now, the ARMY will join the septet virtually and shower them with purple love digital. 

Ahead of the highly-anticipated concert, photos from BTS' performance venue have caught the ARMYs attention and they cannot stop the tears from flowing. In the photos shared by a few BTS fan accounts, it is revealed that Big Hit Entertainment has installed chairs at the venue. As though the site of those empty chairs isn't heartbreaking enough, fans noticed that the group prepared thousands of ARMY bombs and placed on the chairs to represent the fandom. After the visuals went viral, fans painted the social media purple and haven't stopped crying. "first is purple balloons. now, army bombs on chairs ,,,, this is so cute pls Pleading face this concert is so special im sobbing," a fan tweeted.
