Selling Sunset alum Chrishell Stause recently addressed all the trolls who have been criticising the stars for having a family gathering over Christmas. Scroll down to see what she said.
After garnering hate comments from trolls Chrishell Stause is now addressing the issue! While the reality TV star understands her fans' concern, she is not ready to apologise just yet. For the unversed, Chrishell Stause posted a picture of her family around her Christmas tree on Instagram, and since then fans had been furious at the star for celebrating the merry season amidst the coronavirus pandemic. The Selling Sunset star, now addressed fans’ angry comments left on a series of group photos she shared, assuring everyone that her entire family got tested before meeting for the Xmas revelries. She also stated via Instagram that while she understands that this was not a good use of her platform, and she does try to be socially responsible usually and knows how fans could have misinterpreted her photo given the global pandemic.
Stause then continued and said that while fans may not resonate with her actions, she hopes that they will understand her sentiment of being with family on Christmas. She even added that “This is the first Christmas without our mom we felt important to be there for each other in a tough year,” she wrote. If you didn't know, Stause’s mother died of cancer over the summer and her father died in 2019. As for her new boyfriend and also a reality TV star Motsepe, she said he brought happiness in that moment.
If you didn't know, Stause was previously married to This Is Us star Justin Hartley who plays Kevin on the show until last year, the duo was married for 2 years. She confirmed her romance with Dancing with the Stars pro Motsepe, earlier this month.
