Meghan Markle TERRIFIED by the pressure of being the 'perfect mum' to her firstborn?
Relationship expert Sheela Mackintosh-Stewart told Express that The Duchess of Sussex Meghan Markle could be terrified by the pressure of being the 'perfect mum' to her firstborn. Prince Harry and Meghan's baby is due in April 2019.
Last year, to-be-parents Prince Harry and Meghan Markle had publicly announced that a royal baby was on its way. Finally, we are just a few days or weeks away from the arrival of Harry and Meghan's firstborn. Meghan has been making several public appearances with Harry while flaunting her cute baby bump. The Duchess of Sussex is going all out to prepare for motherhood which includes help from professionals, yoga sessions as well as reading manuals on motherhood.
However, according to Express UK, a relationship expert, Sheela Mackintosh-Stewart states that Meghan is under a lot of pressure as the due date comes close by. "Like most new mums, Meghan will be overjoyed but also terrified by the mammoth responsibility of raising a child. She may question if she is up to the task of motherhood and whether she’ll be able to maintain a sense of self and still take care of herself," Sheela suggested. The pressure could be because of the constant need to be 'perfect' as she is under the public eye, all the time. But, the reality of the matter is that there is no such thing as a 'perfect mum'.

"Embracing this truth quickly can free her unrealistic expectations and anxieties and allow her to enjoy the wonderful experience of motherhood," Sheela added.
