Mandy Moore receives parenting advice from This is Us co star Justin Hartley ahead of due date; Says get sleep

This is Us actress Mandy Moore who is only a few weeks away from welcoming her first child with husband Taylor Goldsmith recently received some piece of parenting advice from co-star. The 36-year-old actress’s This Is Us co-star Justin Hartley recently spoke about her on-screen mother and friend’s pregnancy, and revealed he hadn’t given her any advice when it comes to parenting.
During an appearance on The Kelly Clarkson show, “You know, I haven’t yet, but it’s unbelievable, this woman is radiant,” Justin shared. “You would never know she’s pregnant. She looks like she could run a marathon.” But if he had to give her any advice, it would be: “‘Get your sleep now. Because when the babies come, you’re not gonna sleep much.’ And if you do sleep, it won’t be the same quality of sleep.”
If you missed it, back in January, the actress opened up about the challenges she faced during her pregnancy journey. This is Us alum got candid about her fertility struggles and “unexpected” pregnancy in an interview with Romper. Mandy explained that after a meeting with her fertility doctor, she suspected she would need surgery before being able to carry a child. “I was fully prepared to go have surgery and fix my uterus and hopefully get rid of the endometriosis, if it was there,” Mandy shared. “It was nice to have a plan and to know ‘Okay, well this is why I haven’t been pregnant yet.’”
