Jon Moxley is a man with no filters attached. However, Dean Ambrose in WWE was a caged animal, under the dictatorship of WWE chairman Vince McMahon and his creative team. Hence, when Dean ended his contract with WWE in April 2019, Moxley came forward and released his years of frustration. Through Chris Jericho's podcast, Jon dished the dirty laundry of how his character was forced to succumb to the creative team, especially under the tyranny of Mr. McMahon. Now, the wrestler is coming clean with why he went on 'shoot' mode during Jericho's podcast.

While talking to Store Horseman, Moxley shared, "The only problem I really had with anybody was Vince. That's not even an actual problem, if he called me and asked what I'm doing and how it's going, I'd be like what's up man, it would be cool, we have never had a conversation that didn't involve wrestling." Furthermore, Jon explained that creatively, he and Vince stopped speaking the same language. The wrestler, however, stressed that creative problems are no "life and death problems."

However, Seth did question Jon's motives for talking against WWE, that gave him so much. On the other hand, Roman stated that his working relationship with Moxley may never be the same again.
