Supermodel Gigi Hadid is being sued yet again by a photographer for sharing a picture of ex-boyfriend Zayn Malik during their dating days. According to a report in E!News, photographer Robert O'Neil filed a lawsuit against the supermodel in the Southern District of New York, for sharing a picture of Zayn Malik which he had clicked. As per the documents obtained, the lawsuit reads, "This action arises out of Defendant's unauthorized reproduction and public display of a copyrighted photograph of English singer and songwriter Zayn Malik, owned and registered by O'Neil, a New York based professional photographer."

The photographer has accused Gigi of posting his clicked picture on her Instagram Story without asking for permission. The documents further state, "Gigi Hadid is not, and has never been, licensed or otherwise authorized to reproduce, publically display, distribute and/or use the Photograph." While Gigi has not yet commented on the allegations, the photographer wants her to pay up for the infringement and accept that she indeed used the photo. As per reports, O’Neil is demanding Hadid, “be required to account for all profits, income, receipts, or other benefits derived by Defendant as a result of its unlawful conduct.” He is seeking in excess of USD 150,000.

Turns out, this is not the first time the supermodel has run into trouble with the paparazzi. Earlier this year, she shut down a separate lawsuit brought by an agency. In a detailed post, the model had also addressed the toxic paparazzi culture that often endangers lives of celebrities.
