Game of Thrones Season 8: Here's what Kit Harington has to say about the 'Jon Snow dies' rumours

Yesterday, the New York premiere of Game of Thrones Season 8 took place and saw the reunion of present and past cast members including Kit Harington, Emilia Clarke, Peter Dinklage, Sophie Turner, Maisie Williams, Nikolaj Coster-Waldau, Gwendoline Christie, Sean Bean and Jason Momoa, amongst others. The cast is currently on a promotional tour for Season 8 and Kit appeared on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon to talk about the final season which will mark an end to the iconic show. 

During the interview segment, Jimmy tried to decode some Game of Thrones rumours surrounding our very own Jon Snow. Kit admitted that at his wife and former Game of Thrones actress Rose Leslie's 30th birthday bash, he dressed up as his character Jon Snow because the theme of the costume party was 'Bad Taste'. The handsome actor also confessed to getting his Jon Snow statue shipped to his house in England. Towards the end of the interview, Kit shared that he does not know how to wink and Jimmy used this to his advantage to get some GOT spoilers. Watch the video below:

Kit was asked whether Jon Snow dies in the final season, as it was hinted at in the Aftermath promo. He was also asked if everyone dies and if Jon Snow actually rides a dragon like Daenerys Targaryen. His wink-blinks were hilarious, indeed!

Meanwhile, Kit will be hosting an episode of Saturday Night Live with musical guest Sara Bareilles. The SNL episode airs on April 6, 2019.
