Avengers: Endgame: Here's how The Russo Brothers guarded the script and kept it spoiler free
Joe Russo, of The Russo Brothers, revealed in an interview as to how Marvel made sure to keep the script of Avengers: Endgame guarded and spoiler free. Read below to see what they did to ensure this.
Avengers: Endgame is not only the biggest movie of 2019 but arguably of the decade as well and deservedly so. Directed by The Russo Brothers (Joe Russo, Anthony Russo), Avengers: Endgame marks the culmination of the 10-year journey with some of our favourite Marvel superheroes like Iron Man and Captain America. Kicking off the promotional tour was Joe, who visited Mumbai to interact with the Indian MCU (Marvel Cinematic Universe) fanbase and spilled the beans on the upcoming film, which is just days away from its release.
In an interview with Mid-Day, Joe was asked how does Marvel safeguard the scripts, especially Avengers: Endgame so well to which the director revealed, "We work very hard to keep the secrets. My brother and I are obsessive about it. We protect the scripts; so, none of the actors have actually read the real scripts of the film. People only read the scenes they are in. The trailers and promotional materials are heavily guarded. They only go through my brother, me, and Kevin Feige [producer] at Marvel."

"Luke, I am your father," was something that left many stunned to silence and similarly, Joe wants to get the same era back when there was no such thing as spoilers. A time when the Internet did not exist and the audience was left pleasantly surprised.
