There's a new baby coming to the world of Broadway! Jordan Fisher and his wife Ellie revealed on Instagram Tuesday that they are expecting their first child together, a boy.
The 27-year-old actor, who is now starring in the Broadway production of Dear Evan Hansen, announced the joyful news in a lovely video in which his wife surprised him with a positive pregnancy test. In the video, Ellie requests that her husband put on a jacket and reach into his pocket, revealing the pregnancy test. The couple then informs numerous family members and acquaintances that they are having a boy by delivering cupcakes with blue icing. Jordan captioned the sweet video with, "and the journey begins…can't wait to meet you."

According to PEOPLE, Jordan and Ellie, a clinical nutritionist, married last November in a private Disney's Fairy Tale Wedding ceremony at Walt Disney World Resort's Magic Kingdom. The Dancing with the Stars winner and his then-fiancée conducted traditional vows outside at the stroke of midnight on the Cinderella Castle's rear patio before celebrating their new marriage with a small ceremony.
The To All The Boys: P.S. I Still Love You star actor and his wife, both of whom are from Birmingham, Alabama, met when the actor was 13 years old. He previously told PEOPLE that they "were best friends growing up," and that when their bond became romantic as adults, he knew "pretty much two months into dating" that she was "the one." In 2019, the soon-to-be mother told PEOPLE that the two are looking forward to a family-filled future together.
