EXO member Chanyeol surprises EXO L with a sweet letter; Apologizes to fans for causing them concern
EXO member Chanyeol wrote a sweet apology letter to EXO-L, his first since a controversy broke out about him.
EXO's Chanyeol surprised fans with a sweet letter late last night. The talented rapper took to EXO's fan community to share a heartfelt letter dedicated to fans, his first since a personal scandal last year. For those uninitiated, on October 29, someone claiming to be Chanyeol's ex-girlfriend uploaded an anonymous post on an online community. She wrote that she had dated Chanyeol for almost three years until they broke up recently, accusing him of cheating on her with over 10 other people during their courtship. The post has been deleted since. In response, SM Entertainment stated that they have no official confirmation regarding the post. EXO-L extended their support for Chanyeol, as the star maintained dignified silence throughout. Now, after four months, Chanyeol posted a letter dedicated to EXO-L, apologising for causing them concern.
He started with sincerely apologising to EXO-L for causing them concern, and how he was unable to put his words in writing. He expressed that he was very worried about EXO-L and wanted to connect with the fans via a letter. He also expressed gratitude for the letters and presents he received on his birthday, November 27 from EXO-L & how the outpour of love from fans, makes him feel both sorry and grateful. He also shared that he will make it up to EXO-L and not cause them more worries. He also thanked fans for standing by him since his debut, and promise to not let down the faith and belief, EXO-L have entrusted upon him since his debut. He concluded by saying that he will not forget the start of his journey, nine years ago and that he won't forget his mindset from that time. He concluded by saying, he hopes EXO-L stay healthy at all times.
