EXCLUSIVE: There's always been an element of dominance in David Dhawan's nature; he is the jealous kind! - Govinda
In an exclusive interview with us, Govinda opens up on his rift with David Dhawan.
David Dhawan and Govinda have given us films like Coolie No.1, Hero No.1, Haseena Maan Jaayegi, Kunwara, Jodi No.1 and Partner. But after Partner, things went downhill and we never saw them together. According to Govinda, David was not there with him in his bad phase.
Today, we got to interact with Govinda. We asked him what went wrong between the two? The answer to our query was, "In David Dhawan's nature, there's always been an element of dominance. If someone's picture is working well, he doesn't like it or appreciates it."
He also added, "He's the jealous kind and he likes that fact that people are not doing well in their field of work. And when he feels that his work is going for a toss because of someone, he makes sure that the person doesn't fall in his way. I think that pressure of me being a part of politics was coming on him, so he just went away. I'm not expecting anything. May god bless him."
