LEAKED: When Badshah Tried Convincing Divya Khosla Kumar for a Rap in Sanam Re!
For those who have heard Badshah's songs will agree that they are foot-tapping, peppy dance numbers which will surely get you groovy on the dance floor. Hence it is pretty obvious to not have him record a song for an out and out romantic film like Sanam Re, which is Divya Khosla Kumar's second directorial venture.
But it seems Badshah is here to prove us wrong. The rapper-singer was keen to sing a song for Divya's romantic film which stars Yami Gautam and Pulkit Samrat in the lead. In an EXCLUSIVE video that we got our hands on, Badshah, Divya, Pulkit and Yami are heard having some conversation on the last day of their shoot. In the video, one can see Badshah trying hard to convince Divya to make him sing. But the lady refused his offer saying 'this is not your type of film'!
Though the captain of the ship rejected Badshah's idea to sing for Sanam Re, he was adamant to sing for the film and was heard saying 'Ab toh film bhi wrap hogayi, ek rap song toh kar lo...'!
Now whether Badshah is successful in convincing Divya for the Rap song in Sanam Re is something that we shall have to wait and watch.
