Vivek refuses to utter Aishwarya's name
Apoorva Lakhia’s movie Shootout At Lokhandwala has a song in which the name of Bollywood actress Aishwarya Rai is mentioned.
And quite incidentally, the song has been shot on Vivek Oberoi , Tusshar Kapoor and Rohit Roy The actors play gangsters in the movie.
The song shows the trio drinking and dancing in a bar.
However, while shooting the song, Vivek had reservations about some lyrics. One part of the song has lyrics: “Bipasha, Mallika, Priyanka ya ho Aishwarya Rai, jaaye jahaan jaake jisko marzi nachaayein”.
Apparently, Vivek did not want to lip synch Aishwarya’s name in the song and he asked the director to shoot that portion of the song on his co-star.
Apoorva Lakhia, the director, understood Vivek’s point of view and shot the scene on another star.
